door county trip

i went to my friends farewell party last night. somebody there whom i havent met for quite some time told me that im heavier. i dont know, i thought i was losing weight and getting to reach my ideal bmi (body mass index). but, i realize my mesomorph body type which is the type thats hard to get too fat because of the fast metabolism and never becomes too skinny due to the naturally large muscle will always look heavier than what it really is.

i just hope im as healthy as i feel i am. coz to be honest i have a little beer belly rounding my middle part of body. and i dont even drink anymore. and it has been there for as long as i can remember back when i was just a 'lil boy.

we are at door county, wi. it was a very nice day today. temps in the 70s, plenty of sunshine, just a bit of breeze, just a wonderful day to be outside. thank god for that. coz those in northeast area are enduring the wrath of 'ernesto.' my friend victor in new jersey called and told me that.
