Windows XP with Vista interface
Im just trying this Vista transformation pack for Windows XP with Google sidebar.Not so bad, it makes my laptop a bit slower than usual though. And I have seen a much cooler Vista interface that really looks like OS X.
But make sure you have the latest SP2 for XP so that the transformation can be done smoothly.

Hm I haven't tried win vista since there's a lot of rumours saying that it has fewer application running properly inside than win xp. Dunno.
